You run a school. Hundreds of students, teachers, families paying in instalments, sometimes two sub-systems under one roof. WSC School brings it all into one system, and everyone gets their own screen.

What WSC School does
Francophone and anglophone
Both sub-systems in the same school, each with its own classes, subjects, coefficients and report cards. Everyone works in French or English.
Enrolment and school fees
Enrolment, re-enrolment, leaving, with the certificate of attendance and the student ID card with a QR code. The instalments for each class, a numbered receipt, in cash or Mobile Money. Collection rate by class and the families to chase. Cancelling a receipt needs a second person's approval.
Marks and report cards
Each teacher enters marks for each sequence. Management sees which mark sheets are missing. The report card shows the average, the rank and the class average, and its QR code proves it is genuine. The class council is projected on screen.
Timetable and record of work
The timetable of every class and every teacher. The record of work is filled in after each lesson, and management sees who is behind.
Student life
Attendance by half-day, lateness, excused and unexcused absences, exit permits. Parents receive absence alerts and meeting requests on their phone.
School bus
Routes, stops and enrolled students. The bus escort checks each student on and off. Parents watch the bus move on the map.
Security
Badges at the gate, cameras and alerts. A child is handed over only to an adult the family has authorised. Management sees who has come in and who has not arrived yet.
Staff and payroll
Clocking in, leave and payslips with CNPS social-security contributions. Every employee finds their payslips and leave in their own space.
One app for everyone
Parents, students and teachers install it on their phone: marks, timetable, homework, messages from the school and the bus.
