Expertise
Our products do not limit what we can build.
Clinicam, WBS, WSC MBS, Herkon, WSC School and WSC Hotel each grew out of a real problem. Yours may need something else. Here are the ten areas the team works in, each with a project running today.
Business software built to fit
The problem. Spreadsheets no longer keep up. Off-the-shelf software makes you change how you work, or ignores a rule of your trade.
What we build. Management software built on ERPNext and Frappe, two proven open-source platforms, then shaped around your trade: your documents, your rules, your screens, your access rights.
Already built.
- Clinicam (live demo): more than forty roles in a clinic, each with its own screen, from reception to the mortuary.
- WSC MBS (live demo): complete supermarket management, tills included.
- WSC School (live demo): a bilingual school, from school fees to report cards, with the bus and the parents' app.
- WSC Hotel (live demo): a hotel with its restaurant and bar, and the morning report for the owner.
- EJIM Express (in production): merchants' stock, delivery jobs, payouts to sellers.
Applied AI
The problem. Your staff spend hours looking for a figure, preparing an order, answering the same questions.
What we build. Assistants connected to your data. They answer, prepare the action, and a person confirms before anything changes. Each user sees only what their role allows. When the data is sensitive, the model can run on a server on your premises.
Already built.
- WSC MBS: the assistant prepares restocking and the removal of expired goods. The manager confirms with one tap.
- WBS: the assistant respects each user's rights. In the demo, it gives the owner the company's takings and refuses them to the cashier.
- EJIM Express: Alfred runs the delivery platform in plain language, in service since 12 October 2026.
- WSC Digital: an assistant answers prospects on WhatsApp and qualifies each request for the team.
Mobile apps that work offline
The problem. In the field the network drops. An app that freezes loses the sale or the delivery.
What we build. Android apps, and web apps that install on an iPhone without the App Store. They record everything offline and send it when the network returns.
Already built.
- The Herkon and EJIM Express rider app: turn-by-turn navigation in French, photo proof, cash collection. In a flight-mode test, four actions and two photos taken offline reached the server 3 seconds after the network came back, with their real times.
Automation and integrations
The problem. The same data typed three times into three tools. That is where the mistakes come from.
What we build. Flows that connect your tools: the official WhatsApp Business API, mobile money, ERP, email, your online shop. The machine does the typing; your team checks.
Already built.
- EJIM Express: the recipient gets the confirmation, the rider-on-the-way and the delivered messages on WhatsApp, through templates approved by Meta.
- WSC Digital: every request made on intake.wscdigital.net opens a file the team follows up, with no typing.
Maps and logistics
The problem. You do not know where your riders are, or why that job took two hours. The customer calls three times to ask where the parcel is.
What we build. Route planning, job allocation, GPS tracking, a tracking link for the customer. The maps run on our own servers, with no Google subscription.
Already built.
- Herkon and EJIM Express: dispatch suggests the rider, the customer follows the job live and can send their exact location.
- Herkon: GPS tracker units for motorbikes, cars and lorries, even when the app is closed.
E-commerce
The problem. An online shop that does not know your stock sells what you no longer have.
What we build. Shops that load fast on a phone, linked to stock and delivery, with payment by Orange Money or on delivery.
Already built.
- Parfums de France: parfumsdefrance.shop, with an expanded catalogue live since 12 October 2026 and stock counted in the ERP.
- WSC MBS (demo): the supermarket's online shop, with tracked delivery.
Infrastructure and DevOps
The problem. A server that goes down on a Friday night. A manual update that breaks everything. A backup nobody has ever restored.
What we build. Servers set up by scripts, automated releases tested before they go out, backups proven by an actual restore.
Already built.
- Our products are released through GitLab CI/CD pipelines: tests, deployment, then an automatic service check.
- This website: every version is tested on a copy of production, measured, then released. If the check fails, the previous version comes back on its own.
- EJIM Express: daily backups and a verified restore.
Networks and telecoms
The problem. A company network built up over the years that nobody can troubleshoot any more. Servers talking to each other unencrypted over the internet. Emails landing in spam.
What we build. Enterprise and carrier networks: routing, fibre, links between your sites, encrypted private networks between your servers, filtered access. Email that gets past spam filters. Calls built into the tools your team already uses.
Already built.
- Our founder, a networks and telecoms engineer, spent three years at SFR Business (2018-2021): bringing large corporate customers' networks into service, configuring customer routers, working on the carrier's core network routers.
- At Télé Sphère, a cable operator in Douala (20,000 subscribers), he ran the headend and the fibre network for seven years.
- Our servers were linked by an encrypted hub-and-spoke private network (WireGuard), isolated per group company.
- WhatsApp calls received in our shared inbox, answered by a voice assistant, recorded and transcribed (in production since October 2026).
Cybersecurity
The problem. A website hacked without anyone noticing. A password tried day and night by bots. A known flaw left open for months.
What we build. Hardened servers, two-factor authentication, filtered access, a vulnerability check on every release. And when an incident happens: find it, clean it up, then fix it in the code so it does not come back.
Already built.
- September 2026: a brute-force attack on our code platform. Analysed the same day, two-factor authentication, then access limited to the team's and our servers' networks.
- A server compromised by a cryptocurrency miner was cleaned up, updated and hardened. The fix lives in the code, so no redeployment can undo it.
- This website: every version goes through a vulnerability scan. A critical flaw blocks the release.
- Servers hardened to the CIS Level 1 benchmark by an Ansible role: SSH, firewall, fail2ban, audit log.
Video, television and broadcast
The problem. Explaining software to a busy owner takes an hour-long demo. A catalogue of a thousand items needs a thousand images. A TV channel still runs its schedule by hand.
What we build. Presentation films shot inside the real software, with voice-over and subtitles. Product visuals made from your catalogue. For TV channels and cable operators: satellite reception, headend, the switch to digital, channel launches, directing and IP broadcast.
Already built.
- Four films of about five minutes, one per product: Clinicam, WBS, WSC MBS and Herkon. They are narrated in French.
- Parfums de France: automatically generated product posters and 140 category visuals.
- Télé Sphère, a cable operator in Douala (20,000 subscribers): our founder ran its technical side from 2012 to 2018. The switch to digital TV, satellite dishes over 6 m wide, the launch of several local channels, directing programmes, commercials and music videos.
