Method

Understand your need, before anything else.

Software projects frighten people for three reasons: nobody knows whether it will work, what it will cost, or when it will be finished. The method answers all three from the start.

The four steps

  1. Free assessment, answer within 48 hours

You describe the problem, on intake.wscdigital.net or on WhatsApp. Within 48 hours you get three answers: whether it can be done, what it will cost, how long it will take. The assessment is free and commits you to nothing.

  2. Fixed quote

The quote covers the whole scope from the start. Nothing is pushed back to a later phase. The price is fixed: it does not move.

  3. Working first version within 7 days

No more than 7 days after the assessment you have a first version that works, often called an MVP (minimum viable product). You try it on your real case and tell us what needs to change.

  4. Full solution within 3 weeks

No more than 3 weeks after the first version, everything in the quote is delivered, tested and in service.

A word from Gary Nkweka

"I don't sell you a tool. With my team, I build the solution for your case, I deliver it, and you stay in control of it."

Our principles

Seven principles, one line of conduct

Each of these principles exists for the same reason: to make you autonomous, not dependent.

Listen first

The right problem before the right solution. Before proposing anything, we work to understand your reality: your constraints, your resources, what you really want to achieve. The stated need often hides a deeper one — and that is the one to address. The best technology applied to the wrong problem produces nothing. That is why we invest in understanding before we invest in building.

Lean

Build right, deliver early. We do not disappear for six months and come back with one monolithic deliverable. We start with the foundation that matters, put it in your hands quickly, and adjust to what reality teaches us. You see the project move forward, you correct it along the way, and you do not pay for features nobody will use.

Adaptability

Your reality comes before our preferences. We take on all kinds of projects — from e-commerce to sovereign infrastructure, from local AI to self-running networks — and we choose the right tool for each. Our principle is open by default. But when your context demands it — a regulatory constraint, a strategic advantage to protect, sensitive intellectual property — we can also deliver closed custom software. Dogma does not serve you; your need does.

Open source

Open code, not lock-in. Our foundation is public, documented and maintained by communities worldwide: ERPNext, Strapi, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux. No black box, no licence that keeps you prisoner of a supplier. It is our core principle, because there is no real autonomy without code you can inspect, move and run without us.

Continuous improvement

We stay, we iterate, we make it better. A delivered system is not a frozen system. Needs change, real use reveals blind spots, technology moves on. We measure what runs, we adjust, and we grow what we built with you — rather than leave you with a tool that ages on its own.

Challenge

Hard problems draw us in. We do not avoid complexity, we take it apart. A network that supervises itself, an AI hosted on your own servers, a broadcast chain freed from its licences: that is where the real value lies for you, and the real engineering pleasure for us. Easy projects do not need us.

Sharing & transmission

Making you independent. What we learn, we publish: documents, articles, lessons learned. What we build, we teach you to run — tools, training, upskilling your teams. Our success is not measured by your dependence, but by your autonomy. We do not install a service you can no longer do without: we install a capability that becomes yours.
