What WSC MBS does

Tills

Every product found from a few letters. Cash, Orange Money or MTN MoMo. Discounts, voids and till differences show against the cashier's name.

Shelves and stockroom

Supplier deliveries received, stock-outs flagged, goods close to their expiry date caught before they are lost. Restocking is prepared from sales.

The assistant prepares, you confirm

Ask in French. The assistant prepares the restocking or the removal of expired goods and shows you what it will do. Nothing changes until you confirm. Every action is logged.

Staff and payroll

Clocking in, today's team, payslips with CNPS social-security and income-tax (IRPP) deductions.

Tax and accounts

The monthly return is prepared before the 15th: VAT, instalments, payroll tax. Profit and loss and balance sheet under the SYSCOHADA chart of accounts used across Central and West Africa.

Security

Badge access control, cameras that count footfall and the queue at the tills, temperature sensors on refrigeration.

Online shop and delivery

The store also sells online. Each delivery is tracked on the map, to the customer's door.
