What WSC Hotel does
Front desk
Arrivals, departures, walk-ins, day-use rooms. The police registration form is filled in on arrival. Guests pay in cash, MTN MoMo, Orange Money, by card or by transfer. At the end of their shift, each person counts their till without seeing the expected amount.
Room planning
Every room, day by day. Drag a booking to move it, pull its edge to extend it. Each booking keeps its source: phone, WhatsApp or Booking.com.
Floors and housekeeping
Rooms to clean, to inspect, ready. The head housekeeper inspects before a room goes back on sale. The morning room round records what the floors have seen.
Restaurant, bar and snack bar
Tables, counter, takeaway and room service. The order goes to the kitchen. The bill is paid at once or added to the room account.
Bar stock
Every bottle sold leaves the stock. The bar stocktake counts what is left, and any gap goes into the morning report.
The morning report
The night is closed at 6 a.m. You see the rooms sold, the average price, the money by payment method and what does not add up: a room seen occupied with no night sold, a room cleaned with no sale, people coming in that the front desk did not record.
Security
Cameras, staff badges, clocking in. Till differences, cancellations and large discounts become alerts. Above the limit you set, a discount waits for your approval.
Company accounts and taxes
Companies and government offices that pay on account, their invoices and reminders. Tourist tax, VAT and occupancy statistics are ready every month.
The owner's assistant
Ask your questions in French. The assistant answers with the hotel's figures and prepares the work, then you confirm.
Adapts to your property
We configure WSC Hotel with you: your rooms and rates, the restaurant menu, your discount rules and your teams. The interface is in French. The price depends on your property: it is given after the assessment, as a fixed quote.
Status
Live demo on request, with a complete sample hotel: rooms, restaurant, snack bar and pool bar. The first property to adopt it becomes the pilot hotel for the real configuration.
