What WBS does
A fast till
Scan the barcode or tap the product photo. The change due is shown and the receipt prints. Cash or Orange Money. A sale can be put on hold while you serve the next customer.
Customer credit, tracked
A credit sale is recorded against the customer. You know who owes you what. A repayment, even by Orange Money, clears the debt.
Stock and purchasing
Items below their reorder level are listed. A supplier purchase brings the goods into stock. Labels, stock adjustments and shop expenses.
A till that balances
In the evening the cashier counts the till. If 500 FCFA is missing, the difference shows, against her name.
What you really earned
Today's dashboard, profit over 30 days, best-selling products, a report for each till.
An assistant in your pocket
Ask your question in French, on the computer or the phone: "How much did I sell today?". The assistant answers, and respects each user's rights.
