You deliver every day, all over the city. In the evening you want to know where your riders are, what was delivered, what failed and why, and whether the cash collected actually reached the depot. Herkon shows you.

What Herkon does
The dispatcher's day
An order takes a few taps. Herkon suggests the rider from their workload for the day, their distance and a fair rotation. Rounds are planned on real roads.
The seller's portal
Merchants who hand you their parcels place orders, follow their deliveries and their money in their own portal.
The rider app
On Android, or installed on an iPhone from the browser. Voice navigation in French. At the customer's door, two taps: parcel handed over, cash or mobile money collected, photo taken. With no signal the app keeps working and sends everything when the network returns.
The customer follows the delivery
The recipient gets a tracking link on WhatsApp. They watch the rider approach, and can share their exact location to help the rider find them.
The live map
All riders on one map, with the delay on each job. For vehicles, a GPS tracker unit follows motorbikes, cars and lorries, even when the app is closed.
Messaging
Riders and dispatch message each other in the app, voice notes included.
Every franc accounted for
What each rider collected, what they handed in at the depot, and the difference if there is one. Payouts to sellers are calculated and paid.
The assistant
The dispatcher asks in plain French. The assistant looks it up, prepares the action, and she confirms.
In service
EJIM Express in Douala has run its deliveries on Herkon since 9 October 2026.
