Le problème
Deploying a code change meant SSHing into the server and running commands by hand, with the risk of skipping a step or breaking production.
La solution
We assembled a GitLab CI/CD pipeline: automatic build, image publishing to a private registry, deployment triggered by a simple push, with rules so only what changed gets rebuilt. Shipping becomes an ordinary act again — every commit follows the same path, with no improvisation or manual access to the production server.
